Homezena, LLC (“Homezena,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and safeguarding privacy. To help us achieve this, we created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). This Policy describes what information we collect when visitors and users (“you”) visit our company application (“App”), company website (“Website”), or access services through our App, Website, or otherwise, how we collect and use that information, and what your rights and options are.

Homezena collects information needed to process your transactions, fulfill your requests, deliver services to you, and maintain our customer records. This information includes the following:

- Information related to residential real estate (including property attributes, price, location).
- Tracking and use information (including patterns of which pieces of real estate you visit, patterns of which pieces of real estate you prefer, your precise geolocation, and information that is automatically shared with us by your use of or visit to the App or Website, like time of visit or use, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and cookies).
We do not knowingly collect, process, use, or share information from children sixteen years or younger.
- How We Collect Your Information
We collect information when you actively give it to us. For example, we collect the information you provide us when you use our services, respond to our polls and surveys, give us feedback, or request information. Also, we collect information about you by tracking your use of the Website, App, or our services. For example, we collect information through the use of cookies. And, most web browsers provide information about the operating system, web browser version, the IP address the browser is using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider. Typically, this information is available to every website a user visits.

- Deletion, Disposal, and Transfer
Periodically, Homezena evaluates whether to delete or destroy the information we collect. Homezena retains information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described by this Policy. To determine whether Homezena will delete or destroy your information, we consider how much time has passed since we collected your information and whether it continues to help us analyze trends and improve service delivery. Once we determine it is no longer reasonably necessary to use your information for this purpose, we will delete, destroy, or dispose of your information in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
If you live in a state that grants you the right to request we delete your information, we will do so upon your request, unless doing so prevents us from completing our transaction with you, providing you with the services you requested from us, fulfilling our contractual obligations to you, or as otherwise permitted by applicable state and federal law.
If all or substantially all of our business assets are transferred to or acquired by another company, your information may be one of the transferred assets.

The App or Website may contain links to other websites whose information practices may be different than ours. Please note that some states grant rights that don’t apply to Homezena’s activities as of the effective date of this Policy. Homezena will honor user requests to exercise the following rights and will never retaliate or discriminate against users for doing so.
